The challenge we see

Shutdowns, outages and turnarounds have fixed windows and large, short peaks in labour. The plans are detailed, but scope changes, added work and slipped dates are normal. Operators and contractors regularly need extra mechanical, E&I and C&I people with little notice, and every day of delay costs money.

What tends to go wrong

Late requests go to a market where the good people are already booked. The result is a rushed search, and checks on tickets, medicals and right to work get squeezed in the same rush. People arrive without the right paperwork, or with the wrong skills for the task. Crews have gaps on the busiest days, and supervisors spend time on problems that should have been solved before site.

Where it suits you better, we can take a defined package of shutdown or commissioning work as a subcontractor under your contract.

Our approach is to work from your scope, agree the disciplines and tickets required, and check qualifications and tickets before anyone is put forward. Our target is to have a shortlist with you soon after a clear brief. That is a target, not a guarantee.

Sending us early notice of likely peaks, even before the scope is fixed, gives us more time to find the right people.
