The roles we fill sit on nuclear new build, offshore wind, grid reinforcement, water infrastructure and the plants that keep the lights on. It is not abstract — you can point at what your placements helped deliver.
Early enough to shape it
NE Project Solutions is a young business. Process, tooling and how we go to market are all still being decided, and the people here have a real say in that rather than inheriting someone else's playbook.

You will learn a sector properly — its disciplines, tickets, clearances and delivery cycles — instead of dialling through a database. Depth is the point.

How we hire
A short, honest process.
We recruit for a living, so it would be poor form to run a bad process ourselves. Four steps, and you will always know what the next one is.

Apply or introduce yourself
Send a CV against a live role, or a short note about what you do if nothing listed fits. Speculative approaches are genuinely read.

Intro conversation
A 30-minute call with someone from the team — what you have done, what you want next, what the role actually involves, and what we can and cannot offer at this stage.
- 3
Practical conversation
A longer session working through a realistic scenario from the job: a brief to unpick, a market to map, a difficult client or candidate conversation. No unpaid project work and no trick questions.
- 4
Decision and feedback
A clear yes or no, with reasons, whatever the outcome. We aim to keep the whole process inside two to three weeks and to tell you where you stand at every stage.
