Talk to us.
Whether you’re resourcing a project or looking for your next role, we’d love to hear from you. Pick the route that fits and it lands with the right person.
Where to start
Three ways in.
Hiring briefs, candidate registrations and supplier enquiries are handled by different people. Starting in the right place saves you a round trip.
I need to hire
Contract, permanent or a whole managed scope. Send the discipline, site, tickets and start date and we’ll come back with a shortlist rather than a database dump.
- Contract & permanent hires
- Managed scopes of work
- Rate & market benchmarking
I’m looking for work
Browse live roles across oil & gas, nuclear, renewables, utilities and infrastructure — or register your CV and tickets so we can approach you when a brief matches.
- Live vacancies
- CV & ticket registration
- Contract and staff roles
Supplier, partner or general
Subcontractors, umbrella and payroll providers, training bodies, press and anything that doesn’t fit the two routes above. Use the form below and we’ll point it at the right desk.
- Supply-chain enquiries
- Partnerships & press
- Invoices & accounts
What happens next
No black box.
You should know what an enquiry triggers before you send it. This is the sequence, whichever route you came in through.
- 1
It reaches a person
Enquiries are read by a consultant, not scored by a bot. If yours is a hiring brief it goes straight to the desk that covers your sector.
- 2
We work out the shape of it
Discipline, location, contract length, the tickets and clearances the site demands, and who signs off. If anything is missing we ask before we start sourcing.
- 3
You get a straight answer
Including when it’s no. If a rate or timeline isn’t achievable in the current market, or the discipline sits outside our eleven sectors, we’ll say so rather than take the brief on.
- 4
Then we get moving
Hiring briefs move into sourcing and shortlisting. Candidate registrations are matched against live and forthcoming requests as they open.
If your project is time-critical — a turnaround window, an outage date or a mobilisation already booked — say so in the first line of your message and flag the date. It changes how we prioritise the brief.

Before you write
Questions we get asked first.
- How quickly can you mobilise people?
- It depends far more on compliance than on sourcing. Where a discipline is one we cover regularly and the candidate already holds the tickets and clearances a site demands, mobilisation is quick. Where a role needs existing SC or DV clearance, an offshore medical, or a ticket that has to be booked and sat, the certification lead time governs the start date — and we’ll tell you what that lead time is before you commit.
- Do you cover the whole UK?
- We resource nationally and are used to mobilising people away from home — North Sea and Aberdeen, Teesside and Humber, the North West nuclear cluster, the Thames Estuary and the Scottish renewables corridor all run on travelling labour. Tell us the site and we’ll be straight about whether we have depth in that region or would be building a pool from scratch.
- Contract or permanent — do you do both?
- Both, and often on the same programme. Contract covers turnarounds, shutdowns, hook-up and commissioning campaigns and peak-load cover; permanent covers the core team you keep. Contract engagements can run through a limited company, an umbrella or PAYE depending on your status determination.
- What do you check before someone starts?
- Right to work with share-code verification where applicable, references taken by a person, and discipline-specific competency — CompEx, BOSIET/FOET, ECITB, CCNSG, IOSH/NEBOSH, HV/LV authorisations and confined-space among them. Medicals, drug and alcohol screening and BPSS/SC/DV vetting are arranged where the site requires them. The full list is on our clients page.
- We’re a subcontractor or supplier — who do we talk to?
- Use the general form below and say what you supply. Umbrella and payroll providers, training organisations, PPE and plant suppliers and specialist subcontractors all come through the same route, and we’ll pass it to whoever owns that relationship.
- Can you work inside our PSL, framework or VMS?
- Yes. We’re comfortable operating as a second-tier supplier, under a neutral-vendor or master-vendor arrangement, or directly. We’ll work with your existing onboarding and vendor-management system rather than asking you to change it for us.
Hiring managers will find longer answers on our clients page, including compliance, IR35 and rebate terms.
