The challenge we see

Energy and infrastructure sites have strict entry requirements. Depending on the site, these can include right to work, trade qualifications, safety tickets, medicals, inductions and security vetting. Each site sets its own rules, and the rules change between sectors and clients.

What tends to go wrong

Checks are left until the last moment, or done by more than one party with no single view of the result. A ticket is out of date, a medical has expired, or a certificate is not what the site needs. The person cannot start, and the day is lost. On a tight programme, that one gap can cost a crew or a shift. It also causes friction between contractor, client and supplier over who should have caught it.

If you can send us your site requirements at the start, we can build the checks around them from the first shortlist. Our target is a shortlist soon after a clear brief. It is not a guarantee.
